Heights, without the boom lift.
We reach glass up to 14 metres from the ground on a pure-water pole system — no scaffolding, no boom lift, no elevated work platform. For solar and roof-level work, we go higher again: 30 metres, harnessed.
For you, that means no traffic management plan, no EWP hire buried in the quote, and a number the committee can actually look at. It also means the height risk sits with us, documented — not something you approved and now own.

The paperwork arrives with the quote.
Every quote arrives with our current insurance certificate and the access method we’ll be using. Not on request. Not after the third email. With the quote.
You should never have to chase a contractor for a certificate that expired in March.
Quotes your committee can approve.
Fixed price, itemised by building or block, valid long enough to survive a quarterly meeting. If something on site changes the scope, you get it in writing — and we don’t proceed until you’ve approved it. No variation turns up on the invoice that you then have to explain to a committee that already signed off a number.

We don’t take instructions from individual owners, and we don’t let a scheduling question turn into a dispute you have to referee. Access, timing, complaints, results — all of it comes back to you.

Most schemes run us six-monthly or annually, so the cost sits as a predictable line in the admin fund — not an unbudgeted surprise after an owner complains. We hold the slot and remind you before it comes around.
Solar for strata.
Dirty panels lose 5 to 20% of their output. In Cairns climate, salt and lichen do the damage faster than dust does anywhere else. We soft-wash, chemical-free, with before-and-after photos on every job — something concrete to show the committee.
